Measured E. coli concentrations in the final effluent from the discharge pipe of the Clark’s Run Wastewater Treatment Facility starting in October 2021. The Virginia DEQ facility discharge permit limit of 126 CFU is exceeded in 3 out of 29 sampling events, with one of these events having a value 192 times the permit limit.
