Our monthly bird walk at Banshee Reeks was attended by 26 people and 51 different species of birds!
Highlight of this trip was the arrival of the White-eyed Vireo. Eastern Towhees and Field Sparrows were numerous and singing everywhere. A few lucky participants saw 2 Barred Owls, a Barn Swallow and a few Blue-gray Gnatcatchers. Some lingering Juncos and White-throated Sparrows were also seen.
