A Great Place
Temple Hall Farm covers 286 acres. While it is primarily a working farm, it also has some wonderful wooded trails and fields as well as a stream that runs through the park that can be productive for birding, butterfly watching, and general nature walks.
When you arrive at the park, after checking out the llamas, peacocks, pigs and other friends, head down past the fenced paddocks and down the hill. This will take you to the nature trails.
As you walk along the trail, be sure to check out the fascinating rock formations. There is certainly a story being told here through the geologic landscape that you walk past.
The stream and forest edges bring a good variety of songbirds so keep those binoculars at the ready as you walk along.
