Sit in with The Capital Naturalist, award-winning naturalist and storyteller Alonso Abugattas, as he describes the diversity, habits, history and importance of local butterfly populations. Alonso also covers how you can support these spectacular creatures through gardening. Near the end of this presentation with the Loudoun County Public Library, Michael Myers, Executive Director of Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy, provides information about the Loudoun Annual Butterfly Count, which takes place in August.
