Native Plant Book Club: Read! Plant! Grow!

In collaboration with Watermark Woods, Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy, Foliage Plant Shop, Birch Tree Bookstore and Loudoun County Public Library, the next Read!Plant!Grow! will be held on Tuesday, August 29^th at 7:00 p.m. at Birch Tree Bookstore in Leesburg. This month we are reading the book Nature’s Best Hope: A New Approach to Conservation That Starts in Your Yard by Douglas W. Tallamy. In this book, Tallamy shares his vision on how individuals can take a grassroots approach to conservation one yard at a time. Tallamy provides readers easy, practical, and effective steps they can take to turn their own yards into “conservation corridors” that provide wildlife habitats. Come join our discussion on the book and practical methods to help our yards flourish.
