Creek Critters of Loudoun
February 6, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Amy Ulland, Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy’s Stream Monitoring Program Coordinator, reveals the secret lives of insects living in our local creeks and why these macroinvertebrates are useful indicators of stream health. Meet critters up close, try your hand at identifying them and explore volunteer monitoring opportunities. This program is being jointly sponsored by Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy and the Loudoun County Public Library, and is intended for high school and adult audiences. Space is limited to the first 50 people.
Face masks are required in the library for everyone age 2 and older regardless of vaccination status.
