Bolstering Effective Conservation Advocacy: How to Get Elected Officials on Your Side

The Audubon Society of Northern Virginia, Faith Alliance for Climate Solutions and Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy are co-sponsoring a free forum on effective advocacy at the National Wildlife Federation Headquarters Building in Reston. The keynote speaker is the Honorable Ken Plum, Delegate to the Virginia House of Delegates for the 36th District. Other speakers include Mary Rafferty, Executive Director of Virginia Conservation Network; Michael Myers, Executive Director of Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy; and Chris Miller, Executive Director of Piedmont Environmental Council.
