Holly’s love of nature and birds was sparked by her orchid-growing grandmother, who taught her that cardinals mate for life, and nurtured by her songbird-whistling aunts and mother, who cherished spotting birds at the feeders. She recalls her first sightings of new birds wherever she has lived (bluebirds in Bucks County, PA and Cedar Waxwings during the pandemic in Columbus, OH) and enjoys all she is learning on Loudoun Wildlife bird walks.

Professionally, Holly provides expert counsel to companies, start-ups and individuals in the areas of strategy, branding and marketing. Her experience includes building AVEENO into a mega-brand, guiding global initiatives for Johnson & Johnson and leading the development of the first enterprise-wide brand strategy for Ohio State University. She previously worked as a CPA and Recruiting Director for the DC Audit Practice of Deloitte. Holly holds degrees from Virginia Tech and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She currently serves as an advisor to GO Brixy, an eco- and beauty-conscious skin and hair care brand.
