Caroline is a Chief of Staff and strategic operations leader at Capital One with over a decade of experience driving executive planning and governance. She specializes in organizational strategy, performance management, and building scalable, data-informed operating models that improve clarity, accountability, and outcomes.

Caroline is an active volunteer with Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy, supporting the Bluebird Monitoring Program, native plant sales, and Big Sit birding events at Algonkian Regional Park. A lifelong Northern Virginia resident, she is especially passionate about conservation efforts that connect people across generations and foster a shared appreciation for the natural environment.

Caroline lives in Sterling and is an avid world traveler and bird photography enthusiast—her favorite place in the world is along the Algonkian Park Sanctuary Trail.
