Madison joins Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy from USAID, bringing experience in conservation, climate, and gender equality initiatives. With a strong background in program management and community engagement, she knows the success of any effort depends on the people behind it.

“Having worked in both international and local contexts, I know the success of any initiative depends on the people who give their time, passion, and commitment,” Madison shares. “Supporting, training, and celebrating those individuals is work I find both meaningful and impactful.”

Under Madison’s leadership, we look forward to watching Loudoun Wildlife’s already-powerful volunteer network grow and flourish.
