Let’s come together to celebrate Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy’s 27th annual meeting at Ida Lee Park Recreation Center. There will be a short business meeting and presentation of Volunteer of the Year awards, Loudoun County Public School Regional Science Fair winners, Roger Tory Peterson Young Naturalist awards, and a keynote speaker. We will serve light refreshments. In consideration of ongoing COVID cases, wearing a mask is strongly encouraged (masks will be available for all attendees). Registration required
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Eric Kershner, Chief of the Division of Bird Conservation, Permits and Regulations for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in the Headquarters Office in Falls Church, Virginia who will discuss “Bird collisions with Towers and Glass: What we are doing to reduce the risks and how you can join the fun!”
