Herpetology Count: Help Us Count Reptiles and Amphibians
Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy will be participating in the Virginia Herpetological Society’s count on Saturday, August 22nd. We will be performing these counts at the JK Black Oak Wildlife Sanctuary near Lucketts. This is an opportunity for volunteers to get outside and join us in doing a survey of reptiles and amphibians at the Black Oak property. HOA Native Plant Landscape Tour: River Creek
Join designer Susan Abraham, Conservation Landscapes, for a tour to survey conditions at Confluence Park, a floodplain park at the confluence of the Goose Creek and Potomac River. A variety of habitats have been established in the park, and each season brings surprises as they mature.
