In 2021 Joe and Karen Coleman pledged $25,000 that was matched by donations from the community to support Loudoun Wildlife’s hire of a Conservation Advocacy Specialist. Having a paid staff position dedicated to advocacy has elevated our capacity to respond to threats, challenges, and impacts to our green infrastructure.
You can invest in our future by donating below to continue supporting the Conservation Advocacy Specialist position. This position:
- Helps you and your neighbors to speak up to protect Loudoun County’s green infrastructure and natural areas.
- Amplifies your voice by engaging local leaders and decision makers to influence outcomes.
- Be an expert that you, community stakeholders, and our partners can rely on to research and analyze impacts to wildlife and our green infrastructure.
